What’s the 50 days of slay challenge?
The holiday season can be as tricky. There’s a whirlwind of shopping, endless social invites, and yes, those oh-so-tempting holiday treats. This year, I’m determined not to let the holiday hustle bustle derail my habits. So, I’m inviting you to join me on this 50-day journey to stay grounded, healthy, and mindful before we ring in 2024.
What habits are we slaying?
💧Water: 64oz of water
🏋🏻♀️Exercise: 5 workouts a week 2 rest days
🥙Food: Eating at home 5/7 days a week
🥂Alcohol: Only socially
