About the Guest:

Meet Darian and Joey, personal trainers at Trainwell and co-hosts of The Trainwell Podcast, where they bring practical, real-world insight to fitness, wellness, and sustainable lifestyle habits.

Joey is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specializations in Performance Enhancement (PES) and Corrective Exercise (CES). With over a decade of experience from collegiate weight rooms to running his own sports performance facility, Joey brings a thoughtful, strategic lens to coaching. His approach centers on functional training, long-term health, and behavior change, helping people unlock strength they didn’t even know they had.

Together, Darian and Joey are passionate about helping others set realistic wellness goals, stay motivated, and create lasting change.
